China Successfully Launches 5-meter S-SAR01 Satellite

At 6:53 on October 13, China successfully launched the 5-meter S-SAR01 satellite by using the Long March 2C carrier rocket at Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. The satellite successfully entered the scheduled orbit and the launch mission was a complete success.

This satellite is mainly used to provide domestic data guarantee for emergency management and main business of ecological environment, while serving natural resources, water conservancy, agriculture and rural areas, forestry and grassland, earthquake and other industries.

This mission is the 443rd flight of the Long March series carrier rocket.
