The successful launch of the Mengtian experimental module is close to China's Tiangong

At 15:37 on October 31, 2022, Beijing time, the Long March 5B Remote IV carrier rocket carrying the Mengtian experimental module of the space station ignited and launched on time at Wenchang Space Launch Site in China. About 8 minutes later, the Mengtian experimental module and the rocket successfully separated and entered the scheduled orbit, making the launch mission a complete success.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of China's manned space program. According to the "three-step" development strategy of manned spaceflight, the successful launch of the Mengtian experimental module marks the completion of the third step of "building a space station to solve the space application problems with large scale and long-term care".
